How we use your information.

About this page
RDflow is a remote studio based in Brazil, offering website design, writing and development for businesses. These pages present an international offer. No account or patient or legal case information is requested. The international enquiry channel is being prepared; the form does not currently send information.
Your preview request
The form asks for a business name, service type and contact detail. Entries remain in the browser and are not stored on an RDflow server. Once a confirmed channel is enabled, a valid submission prepares a message for you to review and send in WhatsApp or your email application. It does not create a page or send a message automatically. Please do not include sensitive information about other people.
Country and language preference
When you open a country page or choose a country, this browser can remember that version for up to 180 days in rdflow-int-market-v1. This functional preference stores only a country/language code and its expiry, so returning to the home page keeps the corresponding language and currency. It does not enable analytics or advertising. You can choose another country at any time or clear the site’s browser storage. If storage is unavailable, the country links still work.
Optional measurement and your choice
Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel remain off until you opt in. The Cookies control lets you accept or reject visit statistics and advertising measurement separately. Rejecting them does not prevent access to the page or the contact process. A local preference record named rdflow-int-consent-v1 remembers your choice in this browser for up to six months; an expired record is treated as no consent.
Visit statistics: Google Analytics 4
If you enable statistics, Google Analytics receives page views, contact-button interactions and valid contact handoffs. Events contain the page, market, language, currency, CTA position and permitted campaign identifiers. Business name, service description, phone number, email and message content are not included. Google Signals and Google ad personalisation are disabled. Analytics cookies such as _ga are configured for up to 180 days, subject to browser limits.
Navigation: Microsoft Clarity
With statistics enabled, Clarity records interaction patterns, scrolling and session replays to help us spot usability issues. These replays reconstruct the page; they do not record a camera or microphone. Form fields and feedback are explicitly masked. We do not send entered details as Clarity events or identifiers. Clarity may use cookies including _clck and _clsk.
Advertising measurement: Meta Pixel
If you enable advertising measurement, Meta receives PageView, ViewContent for a CTA that leads to the form, and Lead only after a validated form can open a real contact handoff. A separate WhatsAppClick event represents a click, not a message received or a sale. The Pixel may use _fbp, _fbc and a valid ad click identifier. Automatic advanced matching and automatic event configuration are disabled in our implementation. No purchase is recorded for a preview request.
External services and international processing
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process technical request data such as IP addresses. Google, Microsoft, Meta and Cloudflare may process data in other countries. Portfolio links open external websites with their own policies. Fonts and portfolio images are served from this site. The suppliers’ policies are linked below.
Changing your choice and requesting information
Use Cookies to change or withdraw a category. We stop that category, remove accessible first-party cookies associated with it and reload the page. This does not delete data already received by providers. A session marker without personal information may prevent the same valid request from being counted twice. Contact details stay in the form and in a prepared message in browser memory until you choose to open WhatsApp or email. The international business and privacy contact will be added before enquiries are enabled.
